**Job Description**:

- Owns, develops and delivers the Bosch PT-AC website roadmap, ensuring it is state of the art and offers the best user experience
- Owns the website strategy (based on overarching Marketing and touchpoint strategy) for Bosch PT-AC with a focus on improving top of funnel traffic, user engagement and visitor retention
- Translates marketing campaign concepts into website and campaign landing page experiences that ensure campaign goals are achieved in alignment with all other online touchpoints: CRM, Social Media, SEA/SEO and User Guidance
- Applies a data-driven approach to define, prioritize and validate website projects and feature backlogs, taking into consideration business priorities as well as a clear alignment of these with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ensures user-centric UX design, relevant and engaging website content, especially as regards SEO and return visits
- Implements content updates and ensures the accuracy of information in all website languages
- Owns and manages the relationship with the development agency, internal technical stakeholders and cross-Business Unit alignment
- Owns core web metric goals, analytics tracking, reporting, insights & performance for the website

**Qualifications**:

- Completed master degree, ideally in the areas of Digital Marketing and Web User Experience
- Several years of experience in Web UX and Website Development
- Deep knowledge and fundamental experience in website development and management
- Good understanding in brand management and online user experience (goal-oriented)
- Excellent knowledge in standard website tracking tools (Google analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely, Hotjar etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven, thinks systematically, translates insights into action
- Strong user-centric approach in developing web experiences
- Strong proficiency in developing user stories and functional requirements as well as translating these into technical requirements for the development team
- Excellent communication skills to make topic of website development understood in the broader context of communication/ User journey management
- A team player, who fosters collaboration across all stakeholder levels
- UX and Agile working methods as well as excellent project management skills.
- English mandatory, German is plus
