Ar Accountant

**Vacancy: AR Accountant** - We are looking for a AR Accountant in Lausanne, to join its finance team for a 6 months contract.

The hire is carried out as employee leasing. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.

**Missions**
- Invoice Generation:Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices to customers based on sales orders or contractual agreements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with cross functional teams such as sales, customer service, finance and facluty to address customer inquiries, resolve billing issues, and ensure accurate revenue recognition.
- Compliance: Adhereto relevant accountingprinciples, policies, and procedures, and ensurecompliancewith applicable regulations and internalcontrols.
- Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on invoicing status and key performance indicators for management review.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of customer accounts to resolve any discrepancies or variances.
- Collections: Follow up with customers to ensure prompt payment, resolve payment disputes or discrepancies, and maintain healthy customer relationships.
- Systems and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining accounts receivable processes, implementing automation, and improving efficiency.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance /accounting role.
- Experience in an international environment
- Strong experience working with customers
- Computer literate (MS Office, excellent Excel skills and Accounting ERP system knowledge)
- Fluent in English and a good command of French
- Excellent communication skills, customer-focused and diplomatic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, to take initiatives and adapt quickly in order to meet deadlines
- Flexible, proactive and open-minded
