**AGENT D’ORDONNANCEMENT- SUPPLY CHAIN h/f**

**Ou formation technico-commerciale par exemple automaticien ou autre formation technique similaire.**

**Mission**:
Responsable d’ordonnancer la charge d’une Unité de Production (UP), assurer à court terme une adéquation entre charge et ressources. Contribuer de manière opérationnelle aux flux quotidiens d’approvisionnements de la production.

**Responsabilités**:

- Analyse des Charges : sur la base des données SAP (Ordre de fabrication), analyser les charges sur le court terme (1 à 2 semaines) dans le but de mettre en adéquation avec les ressources. Collaborer avec le responsable du centre.
- Coordination : coordination avec ses interlocuteurs de travail (suivi, séances) en particulier ordonnancement entre UP.
- Lancement des OF : lancement des OF à la date système sans manquants ou avec manquants analysés, communication au gestionnaire du ou des composants en cas de retard de livraison.
- Modification des nomenclatures OF : modification des nomenclatures d’OF à la suite d’un changement de configuration, une modification, une spécialité.
- Gestion des délais : s’assurer de terminer les OF à la date de l’opération, signaler au plus tôt toutes dérives de date fin OF à Production Planning et Responsable de centre (son client)
- Communication : transmet au responsable UP un ordonnancement réalisable du travail, informe les services concernés en cas de perturbation.
- Qualité : garantir au sein de son service le respect des délais, des procédures et des flux d’informations.
- Disponibilité : assurer le suivi de la mise à disposition des composants/matières au point de consommation.

**Compétences fonctionnelles**:

- Connaissances des bases de l’ordonnancement et de la gestion
- Connaissances techniques électriques / mécaniques

- Responsable, capable de travailler sous pression

**Formation et Expérience**:

- **Formation technique. (Automaticien, CFC ou équivalent, formation similaire)**
- 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans la Supply Chain ou jugé équivalent
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques ERP, Excel intermédiaire

Entrée en fonction : à convenir, rapide

Mandat temporaire longue durée à 100%
