**A propos du rôle**:
Le technicien de production a pour objectif principal de réaliser les activités liées au processus de fabrication d’une substance pharmaceutique active.

**Comment vous contribuerez**:

- Vous êtes responsable de respecter les normes cGMP (bonnes pratiques de fabrication) et EHS (environment, health, safety).
- Vous réalisez les activités process de routine ainsi que quelques activités hors routine.
- Vous êtes responsable de remonter les problématiques techniques et/ou organisationnelles.
- Vous assurez le partage de connaissance avec les collègues.
- Vous êtes impliqué et proposez des idées concernant l’amélioration continue.
- Vous êtes responsable de votre formation.
- Vous êtes responsable de la bonne exécution de votre travail.

**Ce que vous apportez à Takeda**:

- BAC + 2 (options biotechnologie, chimie, biologie, biochimie) ou équivalent
- Bonnes connaissances dans un des procédés suivants : culture cellulaire et/ou purification de protéines, activités de support process sur une ligne de production.
- Idéalement CFC de technologue en production chimique et pharmaceutique ou diplôme équivalent.
- Idéalement, une première expérience réussie dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, agro-alimentaire ou chimique.
- Connaissance des règles de Bonne Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP)
- Connaissance de l’environnement de travail en zone à atmosphère contrôlée
- Avoir un fort esprit d’equipe et de partage
- Connaissances des logiciels du pack office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Bonne communication verbale et écrite en français (niveau minimum B2)
