**Job Description**:
Your mission:
Carry out transversal projects for product development (new process introduction/process changes, packaging development/changes), and ensure compliance of manufacturing and packaging processes by managing performance qualification or validation activities.

Main responsibilities:

- Manage the team, organize the team work and set key KPI's
- Manage transversal projects as new process introduction/process changes, process validation, packaging development/changes for actual packaging in due time and in line with defined quality standards
- Ensure Validation / Performance Qualification of industrial processes for pharmaceutical units
- Manage Continuous process verification
- Perform Continuous improvements using Lean 6 sigma methodology
- Implement new SKU’s and routine updates of current portfolio based on market requests
- Ensure that Packaging strategy complies with Business, legal, regulatory requirements and continuous improvement
- Participation in development and implementation of packaging components strategy (standardization)
- Solve packaging production issues related to packaging articles specifications and compliances
- Support operational teams for troubleshooting, investigation, APR and trends
- Establish Network with excipient suppliers, equipment manufacturers, Industrial Development
- Support resources according to the above tasks, recruit, train, manage development and motivate staff to meet objectives

Required Experience & Competences:

- Pharmacist or Engineer degree
- Pharmaceutical, packaging and mechanical background
- Minimum 7 years experience in the management of resources and projects in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Deep knowledge of lean concepts and improvements methodologies such as Sigma 6 (PE), continuous improvement,
- Experience in production management will be appreciated
- Fluent in English and French
- Expert in qualification/validation GMP processes
