_**JOB OVERVIEW**_

.Supervise food service operations

.Ensure guests receive prompt efficient service

.Maintain established standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the property

.Ensure completion of daily tasks by the service team

.Participate with management in developing menus and events.

.Facilitate staff training where required
- **REQUIREMENTS**_

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

Ability to understand and communicate in french and English

**Salary**: From CHF55,900.00 per year
