**Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Remotely Piloted Aircraft and Remote Pilot Station for flight
- Scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance of RPA and RPS
- Component removal, installation, replacement and subsequent testing
- In field operational flying activities covering flight servicing’s, maintenance, aircraft dispatch and arrival procedures
- Support of RPAS systems under flight testing conditions, customer demonstrations and customer contracts
- Flight Operations support equipment maintenance to include Tool Kits, Deployment Kits and specialist test equipment
- Instructional duties as required for customer training and internal staff training

Qualifications:

- Experience in Field Operations
- Systems/EWIS/Human Factors/CRM/Flight Safety/FOD/Tool Control/ERP)
- Part 66 B1/B2 Licence or previous military RPAS experience is prerequisite for this position
- Ability to interpret documents such as wiring diagrams, IPC, operating and maintenance manuals, and procedure manuals
- Perform root cause analysis, fault diagnosis using test equipment and implement corrective actions to resolve issues
- Ability to problem solve, think “outside the box” and amicably resolve conflicts
- Be proactive, take initiative and accept accountability for assigned work functions
- Good English language skills, both verbal and in writing
- Good team player skills, motivation, self-driven attitude and the ability to aggressively work to fixed deadlines
- Experience in Flight Trials and Testing desirable
- Experience working in aerospace as part of a multidisciplinary and multinational team preferred

Location / General:
Work full time at our Swiss facility in Möhlin (near Basel), Switzerland

Deployments to our Swedish site and customer sites as required on an ad-hoc basis
