Strategy Implementation Adviser

This newly created role is an interesting opportunity to join Alpiq’s CEO office and make an impact in how we do business. The CEO office advises and supports the CEO and the Executive Board in their constant dialogue with management, employees and stakeholders in order to anchor purpose, values and strategy in the context of Alpiq’s environmental social governance. The role reports to the Head of our CEO Office and is to be based in Olten, Switzerland.

**Your main responsibilities**
- Leading and driving strategic projects (from design to implementation)
- Taking ownership of strategic topics and initiatives in different business areas
- Fostering agility and innovation throughout the organization (mindset and methods)
- Establishing trusting relations, connectivity and cross-functional collaboration
- Collaboration in various other projects and programs

**Your qualifications**
- Higher degree in a relevant field
- Ideally several years of experience in a similar function with a strong focus on strategic change and project management
- High level of initiative with strong drive and hands-on mentality
- Business partnering mindset, eager to be an enabler of sustainable economic success
- Strong influencing skills, approachable personality and positive thinker with good sense of humour
- Fluent English required, plus additional language like German or French
