Noc Technician

**Main functions**:

- User´s support: remote and on-site support. (Connect remotely to other computers in Switzerland division)
- Microsoft System Administration: basic level.
- Give support to the Local Switzerland team
- Experience with ticketing system tools
- Phone support for internal users.
- Incident Management (SLA)
- Acknowledge of an Infrastructure (basic level)

Availability to give On-duty support and overtime.
