In order to strengthen our client's team in its prestigious boutique in Geneva, we are currently seeking their future Assistant Store Manager, who will lead the sales team to new heights.

**POSITION
As ambassador of the Brand, you will actively participate in the development of revenue and profitability in all store areas: sales, operations and after-sales service for High-Jewelry, Watches and Accessories; and will actively support the team in any activities.

In this role, you will second the Geneva Boutique Director in daily activities and support him/her in coordinating the team of client advisors, while implementing ad-hoc client activation initiatives. You will aim to offer a unique client experience and a top quality of service to develop strong client relationships.

You will continuously manage sales activities related to all product categories; High Jewelry, Watches and Accessories, achieving quantitative and qualitative sales objectives.

In this role, and together with the team, you will also:

- Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Build and maintain a loyal portfolio of customers
- Recruit, lead and grow a team with a growth mindset, passion and enthusiasm
- Exceed personal & team service and sales targets
Be the driving force behind new and ongoing service and sales opportunities, directlyimpacting the growth and success of the boutique

**PROFILE
For this challenging position as Assistant Manager, we are seeking a managerial and sales Talent with the following characteristics:

- 10+ years Premium & Luxury retail Sales experience
- Exposure to product categories such as Jewellery, Fashion or Lifestyle Brands
- Ability to motivate, manage and develop a team
- Proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retailsales teams
- Solid CRM skills and habits
- A winning personality to easily establish trusting relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated, with customer service mindset and creative problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
