Der Standort in Visp, Schweiz wächst kontinuierlich und für unsere Biologics Organisation sind wir derzeit auf der Suche nach einem/einer Prozessexperten/in innerhalb von Ibex® Solutions. Ibex® ist ein modularer Komplex für die Entwicklung und Herstellung von biologischen Produkten. Ihre Aufgaben:

- Verantwortlich für die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Herstellungskampagnen für Drug Product (DP) in Übereinstimmung mit den cGMPs, SOPs und geltenden Richtlinien
- Bereitstellung von technischer und verfahrenstechnischer Unterstützung an vorderster Front in Zusammenarbeit mit den Produktionsteams, den Anlageningenieuren und QA Operations
- Leitung von prozessbezogenen Untersuchungen und kritischen Abweichungen, Unterstützung bei der Entscheidungsfindung in Produktionsfragen und Umsetzung von CAPAs sowie Durchführung von CAPA-Wirksamkeitsprüfungen
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Änderung, Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Chargenprotokollen
- Unterstützung des Technologietransfers und des Produktlebenszyklus

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Bachelor-/ Masterabschluss/ Doktorat, bevorzugtes Studienfach: Pharmazeutische Technologie, Biotechnologie, Chemie, Pharmazie oder gleichwertiger wissenschaftlicher Abschluss
- Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Herstellung steriler Drug Product-Arzneimittel
- Fließend in Deutsch und (verhandlungssicher) in English, die Kenntnis anderer Sprachen ist von Vorteil.
- Vertrautheit mit den GMP-Anforderungen, Qualitätsverfahren und der Durchführung von SOP
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Interaktion mit einer Vielzahl von Schnittstellen innerhalb der Organisation und in der Produktion
- Nachgewiesene IT-Kenntnisse, Kenntnisse in SAP und MES sind ein Plus
