**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Mail Handling**:
- Receive, sort, and distribute domestic mail.
- Ensure the timely and secure delivery of important documents and correspondence.
2. **Billing and Invoicing**:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of domestic bills and invoices.
- Maintain accurate billing records and ensure timely payments.
3. **Basic Accounting Support**:
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording expenses and income.
- Reconcile financial transactions and maintain organized financial records.
4. **Data Input**:
- Enter data accurately into accounting and administrative systems.
- Maintain databases with up-to-date information.
5. **General Administration**:
- Provide administrative support to the family office as needed.
- Assist with filing and document organization.
6. **Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive financial and personal information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a private family office or similar setting.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficient in using computer software and office equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Residency in or near Montreux, Switzerland, with the ability to work one day per week.
**Working Conditions**:
- Part-time position requiring one day per week on-site.
- Work hours and scheduling flexibility may be discussed with the family.
