Finance Analytics Manager - Full Time - Winterthur, Switzerland

Join our Group Controlling Team in Winterthur as Finance Analytics Manager and support the group with business analysis and drive simplification and standardization across the division to have one common dataset for business analysis.

**In this role you will be accountable for**:

- Design business analysis systems for use throughout the Finance Function, with a focus on Controlling and Management Reporting
- Coordinate review and consolidation of the existing landscape, including maintenance and updates
- Act as coordinator between divisions, IT (BI /SAP /Tagetik teams) as well as Finance stakeholders on development of the current and future tools landscape
- Drive simplification and standardization across divisions and regions, with the goal of creating one common dataset used to analyze the business
- Provide expertise on data and reporting matters to other projects
- Help discover use-cases for advanced analytics within Sulzer, especially in predictive analytics

**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- University degree in either Business, Business Informatics or a related field with 5-7 years of professional experience
- Good understanding of Controlling and Management Reporting, experience with analysis and visualization of (Finance) Data in a Corporate environment
- Proven skills in Advanced Analytics / Data Science
- ERPs experience (SAP, MS Dynamics) a distinct advantage
- Able to understand new reporting requirements and how to build them into existing systems (from a technical as well as logístical point of view)
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
- Very good communication skills in English, able to relate to variety of stakeholders from Functions and the business
