**Responsibilities**
- Provide and deliver solutions regarding ServiceNow´s Governance, Risk and Control, IT Service Management, Financial Services Operations and Customer Service Management
- Design and implement custom solutions and assess the current architecture
- Configure workflows and business rules
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Advisee on configuration and coding standards- Anforderungen

**Requirements**:

- Solid experience in ServiceNow engineering and architecture
- A deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules (GRC, ITSM, Financial Services, CSM etc.)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
- Fluent in English

**Nice to have**
- Good German language skills
