Vous êtes responsable de la supervision de la planification, de la mise en œuvre et du suivi de projets liés aux systèmes de gestion du trading des matières premières et de la gestion des risques associés (CTRM). Il ou elle est chargé(e) de garantir que les projets sont menés à bien dans le respect des délais, du budget et des spécifications. Le rôle inclut également l'élaboration de plans de projet détaillés, comprenant l'allocation des ressources, les échéances et les budgets. En outre, le Chef de Projet CTRM gère les relations avec les parties prenantes et assure la conformité du projet aux exigences du client.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Définir les missions, objectifs, tâches, risques et besoins en ressources pour chaque projet CTRM. Élaborer et suivre les plans et calendriers du projet.
- Prendre des décisions sur toutes les questions liées au projet.
- Gérer et surveiller les budgets et l'allocation des ressources du projet.
- Assurer la gestion des fournisseurs de solutions CTRM en vérifiant et en challengeant leurs propositions, les livrables, les équipes allouées et les délais associés.
- Veiller à ce que les projets respectent le périmètre, le calendrier, le coût et la qualité souhaités. Développer des méthodes pour suivre l'avancement du projet et apporter des corrections si nécessaire.
- Fournir des rapports réguliers sur l'avancement des projets.
- Identifier et coordonner les ressources nécessaires pour mener à bien les projets.
- S'assurer que tous les aspects organisationnels sont pris en compte et bien intégrés.
- Résoudre les conflits au sein des projets ou entre les différentes équipes fonctionnelles.
- Aligner les projets sur les objectifs stratégiques clés de l'entreprise.

**Déplacements professionnels**:
Des déplacements sont à prévoir pour ce poste : 2 à 3 fois par an dans le monde entier.

**Profil recherché**:

- 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le secteur des **commodités**.
- Expérience dans l'industrie du **Commodity Trading** ou des systèmes de gestion des risques associés.
- Expérience dans la mise en œuvre de solutions globales (multi-sites, multi-années, multi-commodités).
- Diplôme universitaire en sciences ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Un diplôme de troisième cycle en gestion de projet ou administration des affaires est un atout.
- Une certification en gestion de projet (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) serait un plus.

- Capacité à déléguer efficacement et à travailler en équipe.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément, à faire face au stress et à résoudre des conflits.
- Compétences avancées en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellente organisation et coordination de projets.
- Capacité à gérer des ressources financières et opérationnelles complexes.

**Langues**:
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais parlé et écrit et du français

Rémunération : CHF150 000,00 à CHF180 000,00 par an
