**General Manager - National Sales Manager UK**:
**Key responsibilities**:
General Manager is responsible for the leadership and development of the ATS-UK. His key goal is commercial positioning of the company on the national market, development of the customer relationships and market penetration.
- Reorganising the existing business structure
- Establish national Head office and develop and manage the local team
- Full P&L responsibility
- Maintain and develop strong relationship with existing customers and acquire new customers
- Work closely with HQ Marketing, Business Development and Strategy definition
- Identify growth opportunities and possibilities for leads generation
- Manage full sales cycle: plan and coordinate all sales activities, incl. technology demonstration, offering, negotiation, project delivery
- Key account management
- Participation on planned exhibitions
- Implementation of tools and processes
- Management of Service partners
- Use CRM System to maintain high sales process quality

**Key requirements**:

- Our strong preference is a validated successful background in selling with at least 5 years experience in the UK market (preferably in machinery/ mechanical section)
- Preferable experience in packaging industry
- Strong People Management skills
- General management experience
- Strong self-driven personality with a pragmatic approach
- Customer, solution and quality oriented
- Ability to travel frequently within the sales region
- English - mother tongue
