Am Standort Visp wird ein Training Manager Kursprogramm (m/w/d) gesucht.

Ihre Aufgaben:

- Erstellen und Pflegen einer Übersicht des internen und externen Weiterbildungsangebotes
- Aufbau eines Netzwerkes mit Bildungsinstitutionen und externen Anbietern
- Erstellen eines Kursprogrammes mit internen und externen Fachweiterbildungen sowie Methodenkompetenzen (z.B: Projektmanagement, Digitalisierung, Informatik, etc.)
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Digital Training Manager sowie der Leitung Aus
- und Weiterbildung
- Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Vorgesetzte (z.B. auch Support für Budgetierung für Weiterentwicklung)
- Weitere Administrationsarbeiten wie z.B. Koordination mit externen Trainern bezüglich Anmeldungen, Übernachtungen, Rechnungsstellung etc.

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Bereich Aus
- und Weiterbildung
- Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute MS Office 365 Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
