**Role Summary**

We are looking for a Subject-Matter Expert with **GUIDEWIRE** technology experience to advise and support our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, from analysis and design to implementation and support.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- You are in the lead of requirements gathering sessions with our clients
- Translating business requirements into functional specifications
- Implementing changes as needed and testing functionality in close collaboration with technical teams

**Your Skills and Competencies**:

- A master's degree in business information systems or equivalent
- Good industry knowledge of the Swiss accident and property insurance industry
- 3 - 5 years of business analyst experience in technology implementations with Guidewire
- Experience in defining business requirements for a software project using agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Java-based programming languages (GOSU)
- Fluent in German & English, good negotiation skills with internal as well as external partners and up to 50% mobility for business travel in Switzerland
