**Your Mission**:

- A self-starter who is proactive and passionate about creating change with a proven track record of developing, executing and implementing a sustainability strategy across a business in senior role (10 years experience)
- In-depth knowledge on development of strategy, vision, target and KPIs for sustainable and inclusive business transformation in large organisations.
- Strong understanding and experience on creating educational tools, frameworks for the business while being excited to deliver them with effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to engage, inspire and influence diverse audiences at different levels of the organisation and externally.
- Demonstrated experience in working with multiple stakeholders to successfully execute action plans and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives concurrently with clear milestones and KPIs.
- Strong understanding of governance principles, ethics, and compliance Familiarity with social impact initiatives, community engagement strategies, and diversity and inclusion programs.
- Identify key third party organisations to partner up with, that are sharing our same values and sustainability goals. This includes important global reports and targets.
- Collaborate and influence other leaders, making sure they are advocates of this mission in every single part of the business.
- Be able to switch fast between different topics, understand complex ecosystems and navigate cross-functional collaboration landscapes.
- Be a people manager and lead & grow the sustainability team, making sure to hire the right experts and ensuring timelines and targets are met.

**Your story**:

- 10+ years of progressive experience in the field, preferably within the apparel or footwear industry or adjacent industries that share similar industrial production challenges;
- Educational background related to the field of ESG with a Master degree;
- Extensive experience and knowledge across all ESG topics for multinational companies;
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and able to understand how to successfully lead, drive and shape cross-functional initiatives;
- Strong problem solver with knowledge of sourcing or environmental management;
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) plus other languages is a plus;
- You live by the Survivor Spirit, are a thought leader who goes above and beyond to challenge the status quo and doesn’t settle with the “industry standard” ESG practices;
- You are a visionary leader with a down-to-earth attitude. You not only define and articulate a long term mission, but are keen to drive execution and collaborate on problem solving with key internal stakeholders.
