**CONTEXT**
Richemont owns some of the world’s leading luxury goods Maisons, with particular strengths in jewellery, fine watches and premium accessories. Each Maison represents a proud tradition of style, quality and craftsmanship and Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons. At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons’ values, through a process of continuous creativity.
Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to provide an **efficient organizational model to optimize the worldwide Customer Service operations**, bringing **efficiency, consistency, innovation, performance and control**.

The RCS department is currently opening a **1-year contract**.
The main focus will be on **jewellery activities and jewellery network to support the development of our business. Other transversal projects will be part of the job in order to elevate our Client satisfaction and optimize our operational efficiency**.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
You will work with **talented multidisciplinary colleagues** on those different tasks:

- Participate in the **continuous improvement of our worldwide jewellery activities** e.g., service offer, network development
- Participate in the **digitalization **of our processes
- Be proactive in **developing new tools** to monitor and support the business
- Develop tools to **help drive and monitor** daily activities
- Assist in **creating and updating department template and presentations**:

- Assess current situation,** identify areas of improvement**, propose &** implement solutions**:

- **Challenge **our operational activities to develop performance and worldwide consistency

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?**
- **Engineer degree **(Industry, Supply Chain, other technical focuses), business degree or equivalent
- **A first successful experience in project management or in industrial areas**:

- **Fluency in both French and English**:

- Good **analytics skills**:

- **Proactivity and dynamism**:

- At ease to **collaborate **effectively in a **multicultural environment**:

- Proficiency in** Microsoft Suite** (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
- Willingness to travel
