**The Position**:
**Job Mission**

The Execution Delivery Lead (EDL) role will be part of the PTS Business Capability Owner (BCO) Community. This is a community of business capability owners (BCOs) who are accountable for the systems, data and communities that support the Plan to Deliver Physical Product (P2DP) business processes (processes associated with supply chain and manufacturing operations) and the Commercial Sales & Distribution processes. The BCO roles focus on innovation & continuous improvement of business processes & strategies along with their local and global business partners. They also play a key role in shaping the future business processes being developed for the ASPIRE (SAP S/4 implementation) & PTS Supply Chain Operating Model (SCOM) projects and keeping these processes harmonized across the network.

The Execution Delivery Lead will work with the BCO Community and their business partners across Roche to understand business process requirements in order to facilitate the delivery of design solution options that support the business needs. The Execution Delivery Lead will be responsible for driving the execution & delivery of these solutions through collaboration with the BCO community and key partners.

**Responsibilities**
- Actively support the E2E Plan to Deliver (PD2P) BCO, the BCO Community, and business panthers to capture business needs required to meet needed solutions.
- Collaborate with various roles in the BCO community (Business Capability Owners, Leads, & Specialists) along with IT Business Partners, functional organizations, and others as appropriate, to develop solutions for, and drive delivery of, continuous improvement initiatives, process improvement tools, and transformation projects.
- Ensure delivery of appropriate solutions back to the business. Develop tools/KPIs/processes for measuring success and reporting back to stakeholders.
- Support Agile ways of working & help drive transformation
- Provide technical / business leadership on behalf of the business owner(s) where/ when needed.
- Assist the E2E BCO and the BCO Community with maintaining their backlog and developing an execution roadmap that is aligned with the business strategies and priorities. Partner with the project management office on backlog execution and prioritization.
- Develop, oversee, and prioritize the BCO Community playbook which balances milestones and support goals for the ASPIRE project, day to day operations, and the PTS SCOM.

**For this position, we are looking for someone with**
- Bachelor’s degree and/or advanced degree in science or business related fields; advanced degree (MS, MBA) preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred
- APICS and/or SCOR certification is a plus
- At least 15 years of work experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing Operations, with experience working on transformation projects and SAP/ERP deployments
- Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary, matrixed, & global teams
- Demonstrated delivery focus and execution
- Experience with business process improvement and ownership
- Cross-cultural experience is mandatory, international experience is preferred
- Strategic thinking, ability to drive transformation and bring new ideas.
- Change leadership: Understand change management and be able to support/coach employees through phases of organizational development.
- Experience with cross functional (e.g. across IT, Business, External) change management and project management (e.g. Agile, Scrum)
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with proven relationship management skills.
- Service management experience is a plus.
