2023-09-27For our client, a leading international company in the manufacturing, we are currently looking for a

**Corporate Counsel **(M/F/d)**

to join the global legal team and to be based in the company’s HQ in Zug/Switzerland.

In this position, you will have a special focus on all corporate law activities of the group, advise on strategic projects and M&A matters. You will advise on corporate law, capital market law (including SIX regulations), the law of stock corporations, and you will support in corporate housekeeping topics. The role will work closely with the Group General Counsel and you will also work with the Commercial Law Team which you will support in projects and commercial law matters.

You will be a (preferably DACH) qualified lawyer with work experience from a renowned law firm and/or an international company. You will have very good knowlegde of a broad range of (Swiss) corporate law topics including stock exchange law. You will speak fluently German and English, and you will have experience working in both languages.
