Our esteemed client, a leading biopharmaceutical organization based in Bern, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager with expertise in Bio-Pharma processes, analytical methodologies, and a strong background in lab organization.

Our client is a dedicated to pioneering scientific advancements to improve healthcare globally.

**Responsibilities**

We are in search of a highly qualified Project Manager with a proven track record in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.

**Project Management**:

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

**Bio-Pharma Expertise**:
Handle bio-hazard materials in compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
-Utilize lab organization skills to optimize workflows and enhance overall operational efficiency.

**Lab Infrastructure**:

- Oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of laboratory facilities, drawing on previous experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure lab infrastructure meets industry standards and supports ongoing research activities.

**Your Profile**

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Strong project management skills, structured and great leading skills.Min 5 years of hands-on experience in laboratory settings within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
-Good communicator as a native German speaker or C1/C2 and English to a business level.
