Tasks & Challenges
- responsible for the smooth service in our restaurant
- work independently in collaboration with our Chef de Rangs and Commis de Rangs
- provide the highest level of service
- customer-oriented recommendations and handling of complaints
Qualifications & Competences
- student of a recognised Swiss hotel management school
- first experience in a comparable position in the upscale hotel industry / catering trade
- good communication skills to explain the Chenot diet
- very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German, French and/or Russian desirable
- willingness to work shifts and part-time
- positive charisma and outgoing personality
- ability to work under (time) pressure
- high quality awareness
- willingness to work in a team and to support each other
