In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day logistics specific departmental activities and management of data entry activity and shipment tracking. You will be responsible for liaising with other internal departments, mainly laboratory, sample services and site support services, for the management of daily in-house operations. The position requires contact with internal departments at Labcorp and with courier providers.

**In more details, you will be**
- Loading & managing shipper/consignee information and relevant transportation procedures
- Creating project sample documents to facilitate client import permits
- Documenting all transportation service failures, resolving, and escalating to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete
- Supporting other Logistics functions with laboratory testing or pre-analytical or post-analytical requirements questions
- Assisting internal customers with logistics related inquiries
- Identifying trends on delays
- Performing certain analytics
- Assisting Administrators, Analyst and management within the department with administrative tasks as assigned (e.g. Tracking and Tracing Shipments, follow-ups KITs Work Order Status)

**What we’re looking for**

Logistics Administrators are the most successful at Labcorp with:

- 2 years of relevant experience in logistics/supply chain
- Educated to a degree level
- Any specialization/certification within the Supply Chain/Logistics field is a plus
- Fluency in English and French
- Ability to work independently
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Attention to detail
