**YOUR ASSIGNMENTS**:

- Implementation of IT solutions offered by the company
- Manage the maintenance of implemented IT tools, ensuring their proper functioning and continuous optimization
- Take charge of the proactive management of the company’s customers, build strong relationships and understand their needs,
- Conduct commercial demonstrations of proposed solutions, highlighting their added value
- User training
- Ensure quality after-sales support, effectively solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction

**YOUR PROFILE TO MOVE FORWARD TOGETHER**:

- Strong basic IT skills;
- A successful experience in CMMS implementation would be a significant asset;
- Knowledge of information solutions;
- Resourceful, dynamic, pressure resistant and comfortable in direct customer contact;
- Minimum degree: HES. Project management experience would be a major asset.
- Indispensable language: Swiss-German (C1 minimum) and English (C1 minimum), French would be an asset.
- Mobility required with frequent travel across Switzerland (travel support ).

Salaire : CHF90'000.00 à CHF110'000.00 par an
