**Customer Service Representative II**

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support with customer awareness of key service deliveries
- Coordinate and complete vendors escorts to the labs
- Operationally, be the first point of contact for customer/client management, lab members and department coordinators in regards of escalations, issues, or special required support
- Support with customer escalations
- Support to tackle escalations, solutions on single cases and long-term oriented
- Review/Screen vendor invoices and track cost splits
- Support overall account strategy to achieve annual operating plan goals and contractual customer KPI’s
- Support Sr. Site Specialist with open tasks or during absences

**Requirements**:

- Must possess a High School Diploma
- Strong technical understanding of laboratory equipment strongly preferred
- Experience in a customer facing position
- Proficient PC skills and ability to effectively use Windows based software.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must display a high level of confidentiality for both the customer and Thermo Fisher Scientific
- Must maintain Thermo Fisher Scientifics 4I Values
- Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - shown through both written and spoken communication & can work with other countries and cultures.

- Physical Activity: Walking, sitting, standing, kneeling, crouching, lifting, PC work, repetitive motions, feeling, grasping, pulling, pushing, and hearing
