Asap: Family Office Personal Assistant

We are in search of a Bilingual English and French Personal Assistant to complete the day-to-day personal and professional tasks for the family and ensure the smooth running of their Family Office.
- This role will initially entail a 60% or 80% commitment, transitioning to full-time by September.
- The start date is flexible, either ASAP or in June.
- The general schedule for this position is Monday to Friday.
- The PA has the option to work remotely but should be adaptable to work from either the office or the family residence as needed. The family residence is in Collonge Bellerive.
**Responsibilities include**:
- General administration and accounting tasks
- Creating documents and presentations
- Handling customer service inquiries, phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Running errands and managing shopping tasks
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Flexibility to pick up children from school if necessary
- Assisting in organizing and completing tasks related to the household organization

**Requirements**:
- Applicants must possess either a Swiss or EU Passport, or hold a valid Swiss Permit.
- Prior experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in both English and French.
- Strong computer and accounting skills
- Highly organized, punctual, versatile
- Positive attitude, confidentiality and discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
- While a driving license is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement for this position.
