Our client is one of the biggest Swiss banks. To extend the onsite team in Zürich, we are looking for a skilled long-term Contractor for the role of Business Consultant with a focus on Wealth Management.

Tasks

**Role Overview and Responsibilities**:

- Work in a dynamic environment and provide strategic and operational advice to external clients with a focus on WM (Wealth Management)
- Manage a variety of projects across the Finance Strategy & Transformation capabilities, ranging from small short-term projects to a workstream within a more complex change program
- Deliver high-quality solutions to improve processes, operating models, and organizational set-up for Finance, Controlling and HR
- Collaborate with experts on cross-functional and international projects to broaden the value proposition to the clients
- Assess and benchmark the maturity and performance of the Finance, Controlling and HR functions
- Set up and optimize Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models
- Optimize and automate End-to-End processes, such as Purchase-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report and Hire-to-Retire
- Provide advice on role and qualifications profiles for the future experts in Finance (focus on WM)
- Budgeting and monitoring the financial performance of engagements, focusing on optimizing profitability
- Supervising, mentoring, and coaching junior staff.

**Requirements**:
**Your Profile**:

- 5 - 10 years of professional Wealth & Asset Management experience
- Solid Project Management, strategy, and budgeting experience on financial projects
- Previous consulting experience
- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
- Result driven way of working, and a track record of implementing strategic recommendations in a business environment
- EU/Swiss citizenship or valid Swiss work permit
