Biotechnology Operator

Proclinical are partnering with a biotech organisation who are recruiting for an individual to join their tea. This role is on a contract basis. The opening position currently available is for a Biotechnology Operator.
**Responsibilities**:
- Offer front line technical and procedural assistance, collaborating with the manufacturing team.
- You will secure each batch is manufactured in a safe, timely and compliance manner with the batch instructions and quality needs.
- Assist with process connected linked investigations and support in making decisions on production concerns.
- Conduct training actions of pertinent areas as operator and assist others as well as new joiners.
- Other duties may be assigned to this role.
**Key Skills and Requirements**:
- Demonstrable experience within a GMP setting on the shopfloor, ideally within sterile manufacturing of drug product.
- Fluency in both English and German would be ideal.
- Experience with GMP needs, quality processes and SOP implementation.
- Works well in a team.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing to a varied audience.
- An organised individual who works in a structured manner and is focused.
- A motivated individual with a dynamic drive.
- Computer literacy.
- Able to work flexible hours.
