Commercial Controller

As part of the global Health, Nutrition & Care (HNC) Finance Team you will take over the role of the HNC Innovation Controller. You are responsible to steer and control the financial performance of the HNC Innovation spend and Innovation sales. You will act as co-pilot to the HNC VP Innovation and will serve as Finance Business Partner for building successful Business Cases with the Innovation and Business Unit stakeholders. Next to this you will provide financial support to the Global Marketing & Business Development (GMBD) organization.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Provide insightful financial analysis and guidance to the Innovation & GMBD organizations to drive business performance.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of Innovation expenses, R&D projects, Innovation & GMBD sales.
- Ensure completeness, timeliness and quality of R&D Business Group Reporting (Actuals, Budgeting & Forecasting).
- Exercise cost control over the HNC R&D and Innovation Budget, provide support to budget holders.
- Establish Financial Business Cases for the Innovation Projects & challenge the assumptions.

**You bring**
- Relevant experience in Finance and Control.
- Experience in an international corporate environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business processes, excellent analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
