The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Supply Network Planner (*) in Langenthal, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Responsible to plan finished goods for EMEA to achieve target service level within inventory and cost objectives_
- _ Manage exceptions throughout the global distribution network, determining how best to resolve supply constraints to balance service, inventory and cost, in the best interest of the supply chain as a whole_
- _ Be accountable for service - product available at the right time and right distribution center_
- _ Be accountable for inventory and NWI_
- _ Optimize and maintain planning parameters_
- _ Proactively communicate supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuity_
- _ Collaborating with relevant stakeholders (EMEA and Global Business, Sourcing, Lean Value stream manager, IBP, Manufactory) to highlight and resolve gaps, challenges and operational performance issues_
- _ Driving improvement activities for supply chain_
- _ Be part of the EMEA Heath Care Business Group team_

Your Skills and Expertise
- _ Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university_
- _ Relevant experiences in Supply Chain Planning_
- _ Strong analytical skills_
- _ Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills_
- _ Excellent communication skills_
- _ Fluent in English - spoken and written_

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include
- _ APICS_
- _ Multi-cultural awareness and emotional intelligence_
