About the role
- The Network Manager Europe is part of the Network and Performance Excellence Team (NPE). The purpose of the NPE team to drive the value Pillar of our European Supply Strategy and to support the teams in the BUs and Supply sites to achieve their contributions to that Strategy._
- The Network Manager Europe together with the Network Lead Europe will ensure best in class decision making for the Network Choices for supply to Europe and concerning the European Supply points (CMO and Plants)_

Role Responsibilities- Supports the Network Lead in the evaluation and deployment of network projects and strategies._- Support_s_ the long_-_range planning with information on network._- Maintain_s_ up to date the network opportunity and project register._- Organize_s_, prepare_s_, conduct_s,_ and document_s_ regular engagement meetings with the sites to check on project priorities, progress, and savings delivery. _Ensures excellence in execution._- Prepare_s_, animate_s,_ and document_s_ the network council (in absence of Network Lead)_._- Conducts Projects _relating to Network but also in the other areas of the _EU Network and Performance_ Excellence Team._

- _>10 Years SC in Factory/Market setting_
- _FMCG & Pharma experience_
- _PM experience_
- _Affinity with IT tools BPI, APO, etc_
- _Planning_ experience_

- _Communication skills_,_ Ability to influence_ senior Stakeholders._
- _Action oriented_
