The Role

We are yamo. A trailblazing tech-enabled food startup with an ambitious mission to revolutionise the dusty kids food market.

yamostars work hard to create the healthiest and most delicious food for kids of all ages Our products are able to be ordered directly by consumers, but we also partner with some of the best-known retailers, such as Coop, dm, Edeka, and Carrefour. Our team is the secret to our success. Today in our team, we count dozens of talented people from many different nationalities. For this position we are looking for a graphic designer that will work closely with our performance team and help us drive growth which is currently driven by social media ads platforms like Meta, Google and Tiktok.

How you can contribute to yamo
- You are responsible of producing scroll stopping ads both static and motion.
- You will design high converting landing pages with UX/UI best practices in mind.
- You will design assets for marketing campaigns, website, banners, newsletters, flyers and POSM material.
- Your our the guardian of our brand guidelines and keep developing further our CI and brand portal.
- You are the lead of the full design process from concept - with support of the marketing team - to completion.
- You will be the lead of our brand/product photoshootings and work together with agencies/freelancers in order to achieve the desired outcome.
- You work in collaboration with other teams to understand their needs and goals and provide them with visual solutions.
- You are the link between yamo and external partner - freelancers or agencies - and make sure we maintain a consistent visual identity.

What sets you up for success
- 2-3 years of experience with design and content production
- You have a good knowledge of social media platforms like Meta ads, Google ads, Tiktok ads and metrics like CPM, CVR and CTR.
- You are familiar with video editing tools and animation ones.
- You have built a stunning portfolio that shows your expertise on designing ads, landing pages, newsletters, social media posts - print material is also welcomed.
- You are able to work independently and deliver end to end projects
- You are a magician using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud
- You are organized and can come up with scalable design solutions
- You speak English fluently - German is a plus.
