You will be the right hand to the Chief People Officer, supporting him with all administrative tasks. Resilient with excellent organisational skills, you thrive in an international environment. You possess excellent time-management and problem solving abilities and love talking to a multitude of people on a daily basis. You also have sharp attention to detail and are able to keep an overview over several projects simultaneously.
- This role can be part or full time (min 4 days per week in office)_

**What you’ll be doing**
- Assist the HR team with a variety of administrative tasks
- Assist in writing employment contracts and making offers
- Help design and implement office policies and procedures
- Be the "on the ground" presence that maintains efficiency by organizing daily operation and supplies
- Occasionally organize team events
- Provide administrative support to the production teams in the office including the Head of Country Operations

**Must haves**
- Educational background in HR, ideally with a "Brevet fédéral RH" qualification
- Excellent command of English and French, both oral and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Swiss employment legislation

**Nice to have**
- Previous experience in HR office administration on an international level
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
