- Your tasks
- Daily administrative secretarial work
- Electronic recording, monitoring, filing and administration of client data
- Support of the mandate head in the daily administrative tasks of trusts, companies and foundations (bank account openings, preparation of minutes/resolution, payment instructions)
- Support of the team leader and mandate heads in various task
- Preparing presentations and charts
- Your profile
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent and first work experience in a similar position
- Proactive personality who enjoys working in a team and is interested in digital processes
- Flexible person, who adapts to the needs of the company and the team
- Reliable, independent, accurate and diligent
- Fluent in Business English and good level of spoken and written German is welcome, additional languages are an add-on
