We are looking forward welcoming a new team member for the position:
**Spa Rezeptionist (m/w/d)**
- Provide callers and guests with detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours of operation, actively promoting the spa, treatments, services, classes, and retail, as well as programs available
- Ability to perform the duties of the Retail Consultant if needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments
- Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
- Commercial apprenticeship as well as several years of professional experience in the sports and wellness hotel industry
- Good language skills orally and in writing (German/French/English)
- Good computer skills (MS Office)
- Polished manners with a good dose of warmth
- Flexibility, sense of responsibility, and organizational talent as well as a pronounced sales talent
- Swiss or EU/EFTA citizen, due to work permit
