**Dein neues Aufgabenfeld**
- Unterstützung im agilen Projektmanagement zum Rollout einer IT Lösung innerhalb der globalen Service Organisation
- Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Länderorganisationen und zentralen Teams (Produktmanagement, Entwicklungs
- und Supportteams)
- Erarbeitung, Erprobung und Bereitstellung von Methoden zur user-orientierten Erfassung von Prozess
- und Softwareanforderungen im Bereich Service Digitalisierung
- Analyse und Auswahl geeigneter Visualisierungsmethoden und -tools zur effizienten Erfassung von Use Cases, User Journeys, Wireframes, Mock-ups und Prototypen
- Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von organisationsübergreifenden Workshops mit anschliessender Ergebniskommunikation und Nachverfolgung
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von agilen Events basierend auf dem Scaled Agile Framework (Program Increment Planing, Solution Demo,)

**Deine Talente und Erfahrungen**
- Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule im Bereich Wirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Digital Business Management oder vergleichbar ab dem 4. Semester
- Offene, neugierige und kreative Arbeitsweise, um verschiedene Arbeitsmethoden zu erkunden und anzuwenden (e.g. Design Thinking, Creative Problem Solving, Design Innovation Process, etc.)
- Erste Erfahrungen mit derartigen Methoden und Grundkenntnisse agiler Entwicklung (Scrum, SAFe) vorhanden
- Freude und Leidenschaft bei der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen, globalen Zielgruppen (verschiedene interne und externe Nutzergruppen, Produkt-Management-Teams, IT Teams,)
- Fähigkeit Stärken und Schwächen einer Organisation zu erkennen und diese in die Definition der Methoden einfliessen zu lassen
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise, mit der Fähigkeit, sich fehlendes Wissen anzueignen
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und/oder Englisch
