As the Distribution Requirements Planner, you are accountable to develop and execute weekly finished product distribution plans over 1 - 6 months horizon at the regional level, you will be responsible for multiple countries or sub-regions. You will also be responsible for ensuring inventory correctness across the regional 3rd party warehouses.

You will report to the Master Scheduler and DRP supervisor, EMEA.

This position should be located in Geneva, Switzerland or in Hørsholm, Denmark.

**Job responsibilities**

Once the feasible Supply Plan has been approved in IBP, 6 months of planned stock transfers are passed to S4. As the Distribution Requirements Planner, you will:

- Convert Planned Requisitions to Stock Transfer Orders
- Develop and execute weekly finished product distribution plans over 1 - 6 months horizon at the regional level, may be responsible for multiple countries.
- Maintain close cooperation with Master Schedulers, Detailed Schedulers, Demand Planners, Customer Service and Logistics to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
- Manage Stock Transfer Orders (STOs) within our supply chain.
- Monitor STOs stability and initiate root cause analyses of any deviations.
- Additional duties:

- Coordination of quarterly and annual 3rd party inventory reconciliations.
- Manage inventory corrections process.
- Coordinate regional slow-moving inventory action plan.
- Maintain SAP system in accordance with Supply Chain reality.

**About you**

You have a Bachelor or similar in Supply Chain or Business Management and 3+ years of experience in multiple areas that would include time spent in functional supply chain role as well as manufacturing, procurement, finance or another business function.

Furthermore, you can recognize yourself in the following:

- Manage work using data and metrics. Own and utilize KPIs to manage process and drive improvement, including ensuring valid planning metric feedback is delivered every cycle to stakeholders
- Capable to facilitate relevant discussion topics in meetings with appropriate stakeholders, such as manufacturing, procurement and/other planning members
- Able to periodically review supply restrictions, and facilitate discussion with stakeholders to identify options for improvement
- High level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- ERP experience is required (SAP preferred)
