Paralegal All-Rounder Fund Industry
Tasks
Responsible for legal support for internal and external stakeholders, on compliance issues related to bank account openings and fund documents, handling of contracts, registration of funds, internal and external reports / Responsible for services on issues related to onboarding, bank account openings, related documentation and compliance / Responsible for maintaining fund information and documentation of investment programs / Assisting in the registration of investment funds with the authorities of various countries, controlling of fund documentation, prospectuses, investor information and regulatory publication and reporting obligations / Legal support in processing contracts / Controlling of reports for investors and tax / Responsible for cooperation with law firms, notary offices and authorities / Cooperation in maintaining customer master data and storing contracts in the systems / Cooperation in maintaining efficiency and effectiveness in optimizing tools, processes and systems / Participation in group projects.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Business Law or Paralegal Studies / Professional experience in a legal environment of a bank or Asset Management / Interest in the fund industry / Knowledge of fund products and securities / Knowledge as a generalist t in a broad range of regulatory topics such as KIIDs, PRIIP-KIIDs, forms, compliance topics (e.g. onboarding, KYC, CISA, UCITS, AIF, AIFMD etc.) / Interest in an international activity with organization and coordination / Independent, efficient working style and strong initiative / Team-oriented and able to work under pressure / Quick comprehension / Ability to perform despite deadline pressure / Discretion and trustworthiness in communication / Communication skills / Confident use of MS Office / German as well as English.
