Banking Paralegal

For our most recent mandate we are looking for an exceptional talent in the following field:
**Banking | Paralegal | ZH | 6 months | 100% | Jun. 2023 | CHF 100’000+**

**Responsibilities**:

- Draft, organize and manage correspondence with authorities and external stakeholders
- Screen, flag and escalate suspicious transactions of investigated accounts
- Organize, manage and update files and related documentation
- Review and draft relevant legal documents and contracts

**Experience**:

- Resident of Switzerland
- Fluent in German, French is a plus
- Completed Bachelor of Law or paralegal certification is mandatory
- Min. 2  years PQE of paralegal experience in a bank or corporate law firm
- Demonstrated experience with drafting complex corporate and commercial documents
