**Supply Planner (m/w/d)**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead S&OP Supply Review across the Swiss Supply Chain organization
- Plan supply replenishment in APO Planning Book for Co-manufactured and Cross-border Products
- Maintain excellent level of cooperation and communication with Suppliers and collaborate actively with internal and external parties, providing timely information regarding Supply availability
- Ensure availability of Finished Goods, including MTS and MTO products
- Support system upgrade/transition to SAP IBP for Supply Planning (support final solution design, UAT)
- Maintain and define optimized SKU inventory levels, including safety stocks, minimize write offs
- Maintain planning master data in APO and ECC
- Manage short term supply/demand disruptions, collaborate with Sales, 3rd party logistics service provider, Procurement, Cross-border Manufacturing, and other business partners to ensure high service
- Support the New SKU creation in SAP, SKU phase in/phase out plans, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Master data, Demand Planning, Quality
- Identify abnormal demand patterns and flag issues to Demand Planner
- Maintain and update transactional history, perform stock reconciliation and adjustments, close/adjust past due/incorrect PO/STOs, to ensure accurate stock projections
- Maintain and monitor Supply Planning KPI reporting

**Your Profile**
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Supply Chain Management, APICS certification is an advantage
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Supply Planning role in FMCG environment
- Good knowledge of best practice supply planning processes, understanding of planning and logistics flow as well as an awareness of inventory management techniques and their impact on Supply Chain
- Proficiency with SAP APO, ECC, IBP or similar ERP system and advanced Excel skills (ability to create, understand, update, and improve data models)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
