To strengthen our team in Zurich and to better serve our clients, we are looking for an active and competent **Housekeeping Manager **who will be in charge of proper maintenance & reparation of buildings located in German & French speaking part of Switzerland and in Germany.
- Quality management of all our City Pop properties between German/French Switzerland and Germany (as of today; 850 apartments across 7 buildings).
- Operational works for the routine maintenance and inventory management of our City Pops.
- Weekly control of our apartments and check with our Operational Department for any problems with our customers’ check-in / check-out and any possible improvement of our clients’ stay.
- Supervision and efficiency improvement of all technical installations and management of maintenance contracts and 3rd party providers.
- Management and prevention of emergency in case of technical installation breakdown.
- Pickett service in case of emergency requests.
- Regular site inspection of all operational buildings and apartments.
- Forecasting (budget) of expenses and investments.
- Active participation in new buildings’ opening, in particular technical handover of the City Pop’s buildings.
- Supervision & support of all 3rd party technicians working for the group.
- Preparation and maintenance of the contacts’ list for every building to handover and to use in case of technical problems.
- Coordination with operational team and technicians for the intervention in case of technical problems.
- Perfect knowledge of all specific appliances and installations in City Pop apartments.
- Training of the technicians on site.
- Coordinating remedy of defects procedure after hand-over from construction company.
- Experience: We are looking for someone who has held this position for at least 3-5 years before.
- Driving license: it will be important to have at least a B driver license.
- Language: Communicative German (English and French as good advantage).

- Teamwork: You can work very well in a team and deliver results under stress. You can deliver results both as an intervention head and as a cooperative member of an interventions team.
- Creativity: you are able to propose diverse solutions to our clients. You can analyze a situation and propose maintenance/repair solutions that are adaptable to the needs of the clients.
