In this role, you will take a key role in supporting our global sales activities. You will ensure that our sales department is a well oiled machine and can scale along our ambitious targets. You will work closely with the sales team and the accounting department. You will have the unique chance to be part of the emerging drone industry and help scaling a sales organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ad hoc support, process enforcement, education (i.e. follow up on tasks, forecasts, data logging and other to do's of sales managers to ensure process/data quality)
- Project management and support for exhibitions, internal sales events and meetings
- Issue invoices for new deals and set up corresponding orders
- Data management, data entry and quality control of our CRM Hubspot and related tools (i.e. quotes and billing tools)
- Support business intelligence ensuring data quality for reporting
- Quality control and clearing of new customer orders
- Documentation and maintenance of process guidelines (knowledge base)
- Mapping and reporting on incoming payments, send payment reminders and track incomplete payments, building up relationship with accounts payable departments at our customers
- Support payroll process by providing accurate sales reports

**Requirements**:

- Handelsmittelschule, Commercial Apprenticeship (KV) or related
- Experience in data management, reporting, project management
- Advanced excel/sheet skills, loving numbers
- Business English proficiency, German is a plus
- Love for detail and quality, tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
- Ability to organise and support multi-department projects
- Ability to thrive and make an impact on the company goals in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Strong business acumen and comfort with presenting to, and establishing relationships within the team as well as finance departments of our customers

**Plus**:

- Basic experience with excel macros, google scripts or any basic knowledge with a programming language
