Einer unserer Kunden, ein führendes Unternehmen im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung, sucht einen engagierten wissenschaftlichen Techniker für sein Bio Process Science-Team. In dieser Funktion werden Sie mit einer dynamischen Gruppe von Laborfachleuten und Wissenschaftlern zusammenarbeiten, um Experimente zur Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen für Plasmaderivate durchzuführen.
**Stellenbeschreibung**
Als Scientific Technician (m/w) spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei Laborexperimenten, die sich auf die Verbesserung der Herstellungsprozesse konzentrieren, einschließlich der Proteinreinigung durch Chromatographie und Filtration. Ihre Arbeit trägt zur wichtigen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produktion, Prozessentwicklung, Bioanalytik und anderen Produktionsstandorten bei. Die genaue Dokumentation von Ergebnissen, Literaturrecherche, das Verfassen von Berichten und die Erstellung von SOPs gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
**Verantwortungen**
- Durchführung von Laborexperimenten zur Optimierung von Herstellungsprozessen für Plasmaderivate.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zusammen und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse gemäß den Qualitätsstandards.
- Durchführung von Proteinreinigungen mittels Chromatographie und Filtrationstechniken.
- Sie recherchieren relevante Literatur und tragen zur Erstellung von Berichten und SOPs bei.
- Präzise Bedienung von Laborgeräten und Anpassung an sich ändernde Prozesse.

**Profil**
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/EFZ als Biologielaborant oder Chemielaborant.
- Erfahrung in der Proteinaufreinigung ist wünschenswert.
- Beherrschung der Handhabung von Laborgeräten und -verfahren.
- Gute Beherrschung der englischen und deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
- Beherrschung der MS-Office-Anwendungen.

**Arbeitsbedingungen**
- Vertrag: Befristet auf 12 Monate, mit Chance auf Verlängerung/Übernahme; Vertrag via Oxford Global Resources
- Gehalt: Zwischen 8000CHF und 10000CHF pro Jahr
