In unserer Personal
- und Ausbildungsberatung arbeiten wir mit verschiedenen Unternehmen im Luxus-, Premium
- und High-Premium-Sektor in ganz Europa zusammen. Dabei haben wir Büros an strategischen Standorten wie Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Mailand, Amsterdam, Lissabon und München.

**Aufgaben**:

- Kompetente Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden
- Tragen Sie zur Entwicklung des Images der Marke bei, indem Sie im Laden ein einzigartiges Erfahrung und individuelle Styling-Beratung
- Vermittlung von Produkt
- und Markenkenntnissen, aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen durch die fachliche Beratung der Kunden, sammeln von CRM-Daten; persönliche Nachbereitung mit den Kunden
- Visual Merchandising und die Ordnungsgemäße Visuelle Gestaltung der Boutique, mithilfe bei der Pflege der Verkaufsfläche, Lagerverwaltung und auffüllen der Bestände und Förderung des Markenimages zu jeder Zeit
- Teamfähigkeit um gemeinsam die Ziele des Stores zu erreichen
- Vermittlung der Firmenphilosophie an die Kunden und Organisation von Events
- Förderung des Absatzes und Erreichen von Zielen durch die Einführung ergänzender Produkte
- Sie bringen ein begeistertes und authentisches Gespür für die Marke, für Mode und für den Verkauf mit.

**Anforderungen**:

- Relevante Berufserfahrung im Premium Modesegment
- Leidenschaft für Kinderbekleidung bzw Umstandsmode
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Sie konzentrieren sich auf die Bedürfnisse und Erfahrungen der Kunden und sind bereit, langfristige Beziehungen aufzubauen.
- Leidenschaft für Mode und Luxus
- Sie haben ein perfektes Verständnis der KPIs im Einzelhandel
- Sie haben ein ausgezeichnetes persönliches Auftreten
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
