Siamo alla ricerca di un **Event Sales/Account **da inserire nel nostro team.

La persona che cerchiamo è dinamica, sempre alla ricerca di nuovi stimoli e con una grande apertura mentale.

Data la natura della mansione, è fondamentale la disponibilità a trasferte e spostamenti.

Responsabilità:

- Pianificare le attività di vendita nel rispetto dei budget prestabiliti dall'Azienda;
- Sviluppare e implementare il piano aziendale e la strategia a lungo termine
- Gestire, sviluppare e ampliare il pacchetto clienti
- Analizzare il mercato e i competitor per identificare nuovi business lead
- Stesura di report settimanali da presentare alla proprietà e al management in cui vengono dettagliate tutte le attività volte alla creazione di new business (chiamate, appuntamenti ecc).
- Progettazione, pianificazione ed esecuzione del calendario eventi
- Sviluppare, seguire e gestire il progetto dell'evento, dal concept alla realizzazione, coordinando tutte le figure coinvolte (fornitori e stakeholder interni ed esterni).
- Gestire il budget dell'evento

Qualifiche:

- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel settore degli eventi, con un ruolo di event manager, producer o altro ruolo di responsabilità comparabili.
- Esperienza significativa nella vendita
- Abilità nella creazione, gestione e mantenimento delle relazioni con i clienti
- Spiccato senso di Leadership per gestire e motivare efficacemente i collaboratori per raggiungere alti livelli di prestazione e raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi prefissati
- Eccellenti capacità di Project Management
- Capacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente e di lavorare sotto pressione
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Buone capacità di comunicazione per presentare i progetti e relazionare gli stakeholder
- Ottima padronanza (Livello C) della lingua Inglese, conoscenza di altre lingue costituisce un valore aggiunto
- Patente B e disponibilità di auto propria.
- Disponibilità a trasferte nazionali e internazionali

Contratto di lavoro: 100%
