**Your team**

Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Pictet with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, real estate and private debt. With teams based globally, PAA constructs, manages and advises portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.

You will be part of a team of two Senior Human Resources (HR) professionals, covering the full life cycle of PAA employees globally. The HR team plays a critical role in recruitment, employees professional & personal development, and facilitating effective day to day operations. You will collaborate closely with experienced professionals who will guide you in understanding the complexities of HR management within a financial institution. This environment will offer you practical insights and valuable hands-on experience in various aspects and contacts across the HR community in Switzerland but also outside of the country (mainly London, Luxembourg and Singapore).

**Your role**

As a Human Resources Intern, you will provide essential administrative support to the team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Drafting Documents: Prepare and publish job advertisements (internally and externally), redact work certificates and employment contracts in both English and French.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and administrative data within our HR systems.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to recruitment, scheduling internal meetings and other HR initiatives.

**Your profile**
- Currently pursuing or have recently completed a university degree or a CFC in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR assistant certificate would be an asset.
- Previous experience in a demanding work environment will be an asset.
- Proactive and capable of working autonomously and under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong capabilities in organizing data and preparing presentations.
- English or French mother tongue, with a perfect command of the other language both oral and writing.
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral) and a strong customer service nature.
- Highly organized and attentive to detail, you thrive in administrative roles and enjoy the challenges they present. Capable of handling confidential information with discretion, you possess a genuine interest in human resources and are eager to learn and contribute to the team.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
