**Was Sie bei uns erwartet**:
Sie übernehmen ab dem ersten Tag Verantwortung für das Wachstum unseres Financial Risk Bereichs und entwickeln Lösungen, die Sie in nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten routiniert und erfolgreich umsetzen. Die proaktive Steuerung und Durchführung von Aktivitäten zur Marktbearbeitung und Projektakquisition haben Sie dabei immer im Fokus.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen u.a.:

- Beratung von Kunden in der Banken
- und Finanzdienstleistungsbranche in regulatorischen und ökonomischen Fragestellungen sowie Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten unter Berücksichtigung unserer Projektmanagement-Standards
- (Weiter-)Entwicklung, Implementierung und Validierung von Risikomodellen
- Analyse, Optimierung und Implementierung von Geschäftsprozessen und Management-Systemen im Umfeld von Risikoprozessen und der Risikomodellierung
- Integration neuer Aspekte (z.B. ESG-Faktoren) in die Risikomodellierung und die Risikoprozesse
- Kontinuierliche Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen und stetiger Ausbau Ihres beruflichen Netzwerks
- Auseinandersetzung mit Kundenbedürfnissen und Marktentwicklungen sowie Generierung von Impulsen zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Unternehmens
- Fachliche Führung von Projektteams und Mentoring für Consultants und Senior Consultants

**Ihr Profil**:
Sie sind eine dynamische Persönlichkeit, lieben die Herausforderung und verfügen über eine fundierte Expertise im Risikomanagement im Banken
- und Finanzdienstleistungssektor. Sie haben Freude daran mit Kunden auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen in Kontakt zu treten und können Ihre kommunikativen Fähigkeiten gewinnbringend und überzeugend einsetzen.

Ihr Profil beinhaltet u.a. folgende Aspekte:

- Überdurchschnittlicher Studienabschluss (Master, Promotion) in den Fachrichtungen Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik und -mathematik, Physik, Mathematik oder Informatik mit starken analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungsumfeld mit Schwerpunkten in den Bereichen Financial Risk und Bankenregulierung
- Professionelles Netzwerk in der Banken
- und Finanzdienstleistungsbranche
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Projekt-/Teamleitung
- Sicheres Auftreten sowie ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung mit mehreren der folgenden Tools oder Techniken:

- Klassische statistische Verfahren sowie Verfahren und Ansätze im Bereich Machine Learning/AI
- Skript-/Programmiersprachen (z.B. R, Python, SAS)
- Datenbanksysteme (z.B. Oracle, MS SQL Server, MS Access)
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Reisebereitschaft
