**Job Description**:

- Coordonner les activités de nettoyage du personnel d'étage.
- Vérifier les approvisionnements en linge
- Contrôler le travail effectué selon les procédures établies.
- Contrôle la qualité du nettoyage des studios et des parties communes plusieurs fois par jour.
- Participe aux travaux de nettoyage selon les besoins du service.
- Veille à la vérification des équipements des studios avec le technicien (demande d’intervention, suivi de la maintenance, etc.).
- Réalise les inventaires (linge, produits d’entretien, d’accueil, etc.).
- Participe à l’accueil et à l’intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs.
- Contrôle la consommation des produits ainsi que les livraisons inhérentes à son service.
- Veille à la bonne relation avec l’ensemble des services de l’Aparthotel
- Organise le travail des équipes.
- Participe à l’animation des réunions
